Stress & Anxiety
It is completely normal to feel stressed in everyday life. But you’re not supposed to feel overwhelmed by stress all the time. You can feel stressed before or during a difficult situation. Anxiety, on the other hand, is a feeling that persists even when nothing difficult or dangerous is happening. Anxiety can be bad for your mental and physical health. You deserve to feel good, and we’re here to help you find peace of mind. With a bit of help, you can:
-
better understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours;
-
change your thoughts to react differently;
-
learn practical ways to make every day more peaceful.
If you feel too much stress and anxiety, get in touch with us. Our team can help identify your needs, offer counselling and psychiatric help and guide you to services that can brighten your future.

Victims & Survivors
No one has the right to be violent towards you or your children. Are you scared or hurt? Do you feel alone or in danger? Women, children, men and families can be victims of violence. Violence has many faces.
-
It can involve physical, sexual, verbal or psychological abuse.
-
Misuse of power can also be a form of domestic violence, like control over money, friends and outings.
If somebody is being abusive or controlling towards you, you must talk about it. It’s never too early or too late! Make today your turning point.
